I bought my first property at 22 and have been building in Connecticut real estate ever since — spanning single-family, multifamily, and small business as both an active operator and a passive investor.

My real estate execution is backed by over a decade of corporate finance, forecasting, and acquisitions experience at a Fortune 500 company, along with a Bachelor’s in Finance and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. That deep analytical training is the framework I use to read and underwrite every deal.

Through Kane Street Capital and my role as a licensed salesperson with Oxford Realty in Hartford, I help busy professionals build wealth through both passive syndication opportunities and direct real estate acquisitions. Whether underwriting a syndication, analyzing a lease, or structuring complex financing (from conventional and FHA to private and creative), I bring a hands-on, data-driven approach to every transaction.

We deliberately work with a limited number of clients to ensure absolute focus and high-touch execution on every project. When a deal moves outside our core expertise, we loop in the right specialist from our broader brokerage network. Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors, diving into a good book or podcast, or spending time with my wife and our dog.

Chief Happiness Officer

Neo Patel

Neo is Kane Street’s Chief Happiness Officer — a chocolate Labrador who takes office morale very seriously. His duties include greeting every visitor, enforcing regular walk breaks, and supervising operations from the most comfortable spot in the room.
